How long does my order take to ship?

All treats are made to order. Order pick and delivery days are Mondays and Friday. The meeting point is at the dog park in the Otay Ranch Town Center.

Do you offer international shipping? 

For now, all orders are for San Diego locals only. If you are outside of San Diego or out of state, please go to the contact page and send us an inquiry about the cost of shipping. Its recommended to buy multiple bags for this option.

What is your return policy? 

All treats are made with natural ingredients and no preservative so they will perish if not stored properly. Returns will only be accepted if the treats arrived to you in an non edible condition.
